Your free trial
When you sign up for Fieldwalker, you get a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required at signup.
During the trial, all design tools, AI detection, and contour generation are available. Exports (PNG, SVG) include a Fieldwalker watermark. PDF export is not available during the trial.
When the trial ends, your projects and data remain — nothing is deleted. The editor becomes read-only until you subscribe.
Subscribing
Fieldwalker is $29/month AUD (including GST for Australian customers). Cancel anytime.
To subscribe: verify your email address, go to Subscribe, and complete checkout via Stripe. After subscribing, the watermark is removed, PDF export is unlocked, and the editor is fully active.
Managing your subscription
From the account menu, click Billing. The billing page shows your subscription status, next billing date, and a link to Manage billing (Stripe's customer portal) where you can update payment, view history, or cancel.
Changing your password
Go to Account. Enter your current password, then your new password (minimum 8 characters). Changing your password logs you out of all sessions.
Forgot your password
From the login page, click Forgot password? Enter your email. A reset link is sent (expires in 1 hour).
Email verification
A verification email is sent at signup. You can use Fieldwalker during the trial without verifying, but verification is required before subscribing. Resend from the Profile page if needed.
Data and privacy
Your projects, maps, designs, and observations are stored securely and never shared. If your trial ends or you cancel, your data remains. Fieldwalker uses privacy-respecting analytics — no personal information is sent to the analytics service, and aerial imagery is never captured in any analytics or session recording.
