Drone imagery, one-click georeferencing

• Upload a drone photo and Fieldwalker reads the embedded GPS position and capture date automatically. One click places it on the map — no manual control points needed for GPS-tagged imagery.

High-resolution elevation service

• Request survey-grade (1m) LiDAR elevation for your property from within the app. We source it manually and load it into your map, with the full request lifecycle tracked in your elevation panel.
• The elevation panel now shows exactly which data source and resolution every contour set was generated from, and exports carry accurate elevation attribution.

Small sites, properly

• Fieldwalker now works beautifully at quarter-acre scale: 0.25m and 0.5m contour intervals, scale-adaptive symbol sizing so a fruit tree placed on a suburban block isn't paddock-sized, and warnings when your requested contour interval is finer than the elevation data can support.

Multi-scale design rendering

• Design objects now adapt to zoom: full detail up close, simplified shapes at medium zoom, and clean markers when zoomed right out. Fences progressively simplify their posts; everything stays legible at every scale.
• Zoom to selection with a keyboard shortcut.

A floating design toolbar

• The symbol library moved out of a side panel and into a floating toolbar with flyout sub-options, keyboard shortcuts with subtype cycling, and a right-click context menu on design objects.
• New watercourse and berm line tools.
• Undo/redo buttons on the canvas, and a keyboard shortcut overlay (press ?).

Account security

• Password reset via email, password change from your account page, and email verification — plus styled emails and a welcome message on signup.
• In-app support chat.
